In 2009, we formally established the

Zhongce Recycling Technology Co., Ltd

to bring tire sustainability

to new heights.

For the last 17 years, we have recycled

400,000 tons of end-of-life tires

(1.7 million pieces of tires),

reducing carbon emissions by a total of 510,000 tonnes - the equivalent of planting

27.87 million trees.

We built the world's first automatic recovered rubber production line, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of recovered rubber in 2020.

With the goal of achieving carbon neutrality in production and continuing to reduce its environmental impact, Westlake will continue to promote sustainability in the coming years.
